Saw him when I worked at the Cavendish club Blackburn in the mid 70s he ended his set on a medley from J.C. Superstar and did a gr8 cover of 'Iwont let the Show Go On,by Leo Sayer, a fabulous entertainer.
What a terrific showman he is. Chris did a charity concert for me a couple of years ago in the Masonic Hall in Alva. He had the hall absolutely JUMPING.
I remember the Chris mclure section playing at the Hub in Clydebank in the mid sixties along with the Poets and studio six anybody else remember those days or was I there alone

Love this song, Went to the Royal Hotel on a Sunday Night everytime Chris came to the Broch back in the 60's. Wish I could get all his old hits on a CD.

saw him last week at pavillion still excellent singer and band his daughter is also lovely singer shame wasnt a full house why has the pavillion stopped you taking photos and stopped you dancing its terrible
