Ive been skimming through the entries and your entry is the first one that i would like to try at home because of that rice cake that looks so easy and simple to create.

Thumbs up, but it lacked some detail =/ I wanted to see how the beef was suppose to be after you took it out of the oven. You could have cooked or at least did something else instead of stare at the camera as you talked. It would have created such a better effect and given your audience more knowledge of what your cooking.

The creamy spinach has roasted garlic, butter, kosher salt, cream cheese, Monterey jack and mozzarella cheeses in it :)
