anyone know where i could buy this movie in english subtitle that could play on a regional code 1 dvd player---if not--where could i watch this movie online with english subtitle?--please help

Sorry, I don't know if you can watch this online. You can always buy the VCD. The quality is not as good, but VCDs aren't region-coded. BTW, all-region players are pretty cheap. It's a good investment if you like Chinese movies.
