seedygirl: I have NEVER seen a 3 foot tall chain link fence. I just checked with Home Depot and the associate said they have never sold chain link fencing in anything but 4 or 6" heights. The fence was 3 feet tall. Very easy for a german shepherd to lean over and bite people on the other side. Yes, people DO garden against fences. That is pretty normal. Most people don't have dogs running over to bark and bite them though. Tell the Truth
