S.T.A.P.K. national parkour day

This is a little disheartening.

I was one of the original people that started St. Augustine Parkour, and I don't even recognize anyone in the video. It's definitely not the group that I started it with. You guys do mostly flips, which isn't even parkour.

It seems to me that your perception of parkour is far from its original philosophy, which is what I taught my friends who I started STAPK with.

i know what you mean, i don't generally do a lot of flips,or consider that parkour. but this was filmed like "hey film this" or " can you hold this" *and they filmed it*

then i put it together on national parkour day, so since this is what we did that day that's what was filmed. nobody was honestly filming most of that for a video since there was no good way to put it together.
