this is awesome, but really 129$ just for a piece of plastic....toooo much.

It costs as much as the device itself.....

this looks cool. so you reccomend using the dice iphone adapter rather than the spec dock one? reason is, i have a local installer that will install a dice system for me, cause they are a dice electronics dealer, but they dont install stuff they dont sell.. and the dock/mount solution that dice sells doesnt fit in the ashtrray, but this is the way id like to mount mine. (and by the way, will this work with a case on the iphone?)

@mainlymusicman Hi, the Spec.Dock ashtray option is definitely the way to go and bavsound dot com is the only place to get it. . . You can buy the DUO or Mediabridge kit there as well. All of it can be installed yourself if your installer won't do it. . .

@bavsound yeah thanks but i wouldnt have the first clue how to install it ... i saw the instructions for mediabridge - it starts with: "disconnect battery".. well disconnect the battery from what? disconnect "what" from the battery?..anyway, but i will buy the spec doc from you. my installer said they would wire the MB to the ashtry location for me, so i could then install the specdoc myself.. would this work you think? or does it have to be done sort of all in one step?

@bavsound oh and one more thing.. i told them i wanted bluetooth, but my installer ordered the mb1000. is this the right one? cause , i thought i read that only the MB1500 has bluetooth..?

I have been watching several of you videos today, and would like to purchase a lot of your products in the future, but just realized that my car doesn't have a CD changer in the trunk!....it's a 2000 323ci coupe sport package. It has the bare basics so yeah..no changer. What do I do?? Help!

@losavage25 I'm sure your English is better than my version of whatever language you speak : ) I think you are talking about the DICE iPod kit which can be purchase at bavsound dot com. . . E46 BMWs do not come with this module. It is an optional accessory.

@mrplatinum919 Really it can live whereever you like. There are 10 places you could feed the cable. Most people choose the center console or glovebox.
