If you've been infected with Morgellon's, they are just rouge nanites. Apply DC electric current, 5 miliamps/9 volts or more (preferable from a standard alkaline battery) to the affected area OR apply to the area or bathe with a MILDY alkaline substance (like alfalfa oil or baking soda)

Both of treatments will disrupt the red/grey nano-fabrication "gel" and have a tendancy to "denature" and break down the various wire balls or fur balls. The wires/fibers will stop being made almost immediately.
