im sure this will sound lame, but this music saved my life.. music is a big big thing to me, i listened to metal my whole life then i was introduced to demon hunter. i was told by a friend to check them out and when i did i got goosebumps cause i knew it was something special.. when i researched them i found out they were faith based and they sung about what i was searching for, some sort of belonging and meaning to my life. i found my solace in the music and its given me a more positive outlook

Piercing your body or getting a tattoo comes with a split second of pain and maybe a little irritation (soreness or such). However, many things in life cause pain that we HAVE to do (physical or emotional), oh and about the "your body is a shrine" thing.. don't people usually decorate shrines, and wouldn't you like a little decoration around your house?

I agree with you, but not absolutely. I will tell you why, God said in the Bible that Blasphemy is the worst sin. The absolute worst, and then he compares rebellion to witchcraft, but he doesn't compare them to all other sins, he also calls certain sins abominations and he does not give that title to the other sins. circumcision is altering your body, God's people have been doing that for thousands of years. I'm a nurse, I've seen more complications due to circumcision than tattoos. And as for twisting the bible, none of us were there when it was written so it's all just interuptation, no matter who's point of view it is. Plus you have to remember that the Romans used the bible as a governmental tool for ages, plenty of things were removed and just as many added to fit ancient politician's needs.

Good point. People often do not read the Bible so they make such mistakes, or maybe the people get the tattoos before they get saved. It cost a fortune to remove a tattoo. You are right however, if you are a Christian you shouldn't get a tattoo. Tattoo were used to mark slaves originally, so people are marking themselves for slavery when he/she does such a thing.
