you should actually use salmon - cos if u think bout it if you mix blue (under ey circles) and yellow (comcealer) u will end up getting green. Salmon properly neutralises the colour.

First of all, you use your FINGERS to apply makeup under the eyes. Second NEVER use your index finger, it's the strongest and you could hurt the delicate under eye skin.
