its a 1998 (i think) commercial for shiseido done by inoue takehiko. he is the manga artist who drew "slam dunk" and "vagabond". the characters in this animation are from slam dunk... rukawa, sakuragi, and miyagi are the most obvious--including their jersey numbers. "aleph" is one of their skin-care lines for men. well, "was" since it's no longer in production.
