  • Is this game engine friendly i see on some parts where there is 5 sided objects

  • can this be exported into maya

  • @Vide30 - i think so. Rhino have a lot of format for export.

  • Hi.. liked the video.. do you have a tutorial, of a house with a sloped roof done in autocad in the 3D.. I do not have rhino..and would want to knw..if all this could be done in autocad...i meant the modelling part.

  • hi, seems pretty fast :) But for rhino users, you can do all that much easier and faster with VisualARQ, a plugin for Rhino specialized in architectural modelling.

  • hmmm gali padariti sita kaip zaidima ir gali buti left 4 dead 3

  • as irgi lietuvis!!!!

  • sveikas, gal galetum padet del autocad 3d namo kurimo, cia ne viskas aisku nes lbj greit video lekia, aciu :)

  • @nikemew - prie kiekvieno video yra pridetos nuorodos. Po paciu video yra nuoroda. Parsisiuntus video, viskas bus leciau.

  • aaa...what program is this....rhino? :)

  • @dranoel1963 - drawing - autocad, modeling - rhino, rendering - 3dsmax + vray.

  • @dranoel1963 - Rhino

  • can u make a game out of it ..

  • sorry, all video crashed. I will try to do another house...

  • okay ty ..~~

  • what is the program name u using?

  • Autocad - drawing

    Rhinoceros - for modeling

    3ds Max / vray - rendering

  • nice work!

I am student of architecture and i have a question, is rhino the best or one of the best 3d modeling software for arch?

    thnx

  • for me rhino is the best. But a many architect use another program and they ar happy.

  • thanks

dwg seemed to bring in only lines.

I tried 3ds that worked but the model is not the right scale in max, it thinks its metric, i have both rhino and max units as feet, and grid as 1' per. I told max to not scale and tried allowing it to rescale both same result the model is .08 the correct size. i know I can rescale but where is the option so that the 3ds export or import comes in the correct scale.. thanks!

  • i have no problem with scale. that units i export, the same unit i get in 3dsmax. I think you need to use corect units then you start rhino and start to work.

  • what operating system is that?

  • Win7 64bit. :)

  • Nice job. I am wondering if its better to use Rhino or 3ds for Arch. modelng? Also how did you get 3ds Max to open an exported Rhino dwg file in your 6th tutorail? i does not work when i try export as polyline 2004 can you tell me how to get convert from rhino to 3ds max?

  • Export from Rhyno to 3dsmax is more way: Frist - *.dwg (Poline 2004) - my favorite way Second - *.3ds Third - *.obj Fourth - *.iges Two last formats somtimes have problem to import in 3dsmax. Import DWG format is easy. open 3dsmax - file - import - find DWG file - open. At the tabel in geometry option list check: Weld.... - ON Auto smooth..... - OFF Orient normals.... - OFF Cap closed..... - OFF All other section leave standart. Done.
  • oh my god! you're fucking amazing! when i grow up i want be like you!!!
