Slow motion instant replay exists for a reason...some plays are just too close to determine without looking at it again at a slower speed. The fact that you don't get that makes you the ass.
I wish he'd retire too. But what does his preference of Toronto have to do with this being a close play? Why not bash the ref for not automatically calling it a goal before the replay then?
See now this is where this WHOLE kicking motion rule is STUPID.
It WAS OBVIOUS that Heatley angled his foot to have the puck bounce off it and into the net. That should be NO GOAL.
Just because he didn't kick it doesn't mean that he didn't PURPOSELY turn his foot to deflect the puck.
