2020 is just 10 yrs away.....and yet America has not progressed like other countries. Therefore it does not look promising at all. Just take the example of high speed rail or future green tech projects. To dream is one thing but for the dream of future America materializing is another. America is consumed by greed and conservative disgust.

Most Americans are good-hearted people who aren't consumed by this so-called "greed"; unfortunately it's the politicians, lawmakers, and business magnates who run our country who are the greedy ones. You said, "America has not progressed like other countries..", yet it has the most advanced economy in the world and its citizens possess countless freedoms. The American people have the final say in where their country is headed.

@seemeinaction um we don't need high speed rail. our rail systems are some of the oldest in the world, and it would be very complicated. We have highways, we have subways, and too many rail lines run through delicate lands, and i think high speed rail would be kinda bad, like in loose mountain soil, you know?

The world you live in is not your footstool because there are others living in it. You may not need or want the things others may need or want so take some time to think about other people and see if you have a heart for them.
