its not going to change much because we need to change the processor that limits the graphics card even if you increase your fps its still lagging

Well, that 4670 became a 4650 and i replaced the memory with 2x1gb Kingston PC3200 CL3. It performs well enough for my litlle brother to who i sold my pc. When all patches are applied and the GTA IV folder is derfagged it runs smoothly at 18/20 fps at a resolution of 1154x864.

I also installed TinyXP Rev. 09 to get the most out of it. Google it.
