  • @junjun798 I will love nothing more than the Line I take, my local Flushing 7 train, receiving the ALL-NEW wide-bodied, aqua-blue colored flat-seated trains already serving the 4,5 and 6 Lines. God knows we NEED THEM BADLY! I'm sick of those micro-waved, narrow-aisled, bucket-seated pieces of shit already....

  • I wish that they could make new set of Redbird trains. I do not like the new R142 trains. The R142 trains are not real subway trains. They are just trash. I hate the R142 trains. The Redbird trains were better. The Redbird trains are real subway trains. The R142 trains are fake and annoying. I hear that the R142 and R160 trains are having technical problems. They may not last in the subway system for long. Bring back the Redbird Trains.

  • Is that in the inbound or outbound side of times square?

  • miss the r33's and r36's

  • GO REDBIRDS !

  • 30 mins from now

  • well its a good think they still have a couple of working ones they should have some for public service if enough ppl write the mta they should bring @ least 1 out per line

  • lol 1 train....thats unusuall even when u play with the signs

  • Nice catch on the redbird!

  • I know that some red birds were sold and still operating in India.

  • Redbird Cars is the train who used to work for service

  • I hate those stainless-steel, bucket-seated pieces of crap currently running on the No.7 Line. They're the ones that should be dumped in the ocean, NOT THE REDBIRDS!

  • I noticed that three of the four cars (except the one that had the windows papered over, their interiors are still intact! Maybe after a little washing on the inside and out, these could be used for more fantrip excursions!

  • i heard an Alstom in the beginning o.o

  • I know what that was. It was an R142 2 on the 7th Avenue line. When the R62 Shuttles go back to the yard for the night, it either uses the Lexington Av connection that the very first Subway used. Or they use the 7th Avenue connection that is covered by platforms when it's not in use. You can see the 7th Avenue trains if you enter the station from somewhere. The connection and opening to the 7th Avenue Line are completely visible.

  • i know, i just wanted to point the fact out Lol

  • GOoDBYE RED BIRDS! we will miss you :(

  • Lucky Catch! What was this train for? It said special, no service. Have any idea?

  • The trains are used for refuse collection

  • Thanks for the info!

  • What time at night did you take this video?

  • at around....11:30PM

  • Thanks

  • love u redbirds!
