    Hard to tell, considering that the story involves clones and withholds details.

    Apparently, *Riccardo* looks like Fiona's father. Asked about it, he reveals that he is a clone. Actually, I believe he reveals that both he and her father are clones.

    Eventually they were both clones of Lorenzo, whom Fiona mistook as her father as well, when he was in a younger form.

    Is a clone the same person?

    I'd say no, since it can live independently.

    A philosophical question.

    But the old man in the wheelchair is Lorenzo.

    I assume he owns the castle.
