Doki Doki Adventure looks really good and so does Puyo Puyo 2. But why does Puyo Puyo 2 looks similiar to Robotnics Mean Bean Machine on the Genesis and Game Gear?

It IS Robotnic's Mean Bean Machine. Sega thought that it wouldn't sell if it was called something like "Puyo Puyo" so they renamed it with the Sonic license
