When you lose a lot of weight your body needs periods where it need time to adjust to the new conditions it has to deal with. You are lighter and your body can move faster, it doesn't need so much food anymore, you can get up out of a seat faster, etc, etc, etc. A plateau is a time when your body adjusts to all those changes. Wen your body is finished adjusting it will again be happy to lose more pounds.
If you walk a mile a day you will lose it- that the only exercise you need other than weight lifting- i was at a standstill plateau at 200 hundred , but when i walk i lost all the pound and i eat what i want- i just walk and the weight is flooding off i
My highest weight was 252. I managed to get to 218 this summer, but I have gone back up to 249! I need to do a youtube video diary. I have been inspired by you. I am a foster parent and it's very frustrating because you don't know how long you will have the children and you get very attached. Also, you schedule is constantly changing. I am not disciplined in the areas of eating. I realize I have a problem. You have motivated me and I am very encouraged by your accomplishments! Keep it up

Try doing a low carb diet to shock your system with the exercise. You will definitely break your stall. You don't have to do a low carb for a long time, but it will get the scale moving for you. You are truly an inspiration. BTW, what kinds of things do you eat every day and are you counting calories?
You look great and good luck with the work out! I break my exercise into 10 min intervals two or three times a day. It's way easier that way because going into the workout I know that I am only going to be doing it for 10 min most and if I want to do more than I do more!
How can it be 30 days when it has clearly been months am I the only one lost??
