You do realize that landing and takeoff are the only times during a flight when you SHOULDN'T be operating any electronic equipment. I bet the pilots were freaking the fuck out in the cockpit, trying to land the plane blind because all the sensors and gauges were going nuts.
Once you become a frequent flyer, turbulence doesn't phase you unless its really bad. At this point, I only notice rough patches if I'm flying with someone and I they're white knuckling the armrests.

I'm a pansy when it comes to flying. I havn't flown enough to judge what is bad turbulence so I think its all bad...and scary..
