Although the video makers tried to blur out the name of the ship I can see it is "Conara".

I found on the internet that this ship was built in Japan in 1977, was renamed "Innsbruck" in January 1989, placing the date of this video from before then.

The last name it carried was "NSM Ambra" and it was still in service last year.

The internet is a wonderful waste of one's life. :)

@anfobomb The tanker has the right a way, since it restricted to the depth of the channel. Also the small boat probably wont be seen on the ships radar due to its size. If the small boat is "stranded" with no power or no way to get out of way, that could be a differnt situation. But the people in the small boat could of "paddled" or moved out ways somehow in plenty of time. They saw the ship comming. A boat that size, 2 people can move it by swimming with it if its not running.
