You forgot to mention that the Case itself has it's own rechargable battery. This will charge the headset without you having to plug it into a power adaptor. Great for when you run out of juice and you can't get to a plug.

I have one because of the quality of the incoming and outgoing calls I need for day to day. I have had other plantronics in the past, no problems. When I use my headset I feel actually quite smart, because I purchased one on e bay for about 68 dollars shipping and handling..
