What would Warren know about this sighting!!? Lets face it there's no evidence that he was even there! I've met him, he's a nice guy but I'm afraid he's just juped on the bandwagon here and milked it for all its worth.

Warren claims he was part of the group with Jim Peniston. Peniston makes no claims about seeing EBEs. Peniston never appears on camera with Warren. Warren claims he was interrogated, threatened, shown a movie with UFO footage, alien autopsies, etc, but Peniston does not. Seems unlikely a spook would show a guy footage as proof, tell him "this is all real but don't tell anyone" rather than tell him "you didn't see what you saw, it doesn't exist".

Under hypnosis both P' and B' remember things they don't recall when not hypnotized. It gives some credence to Larry. It's a strange world

For these reasons, it appears that Warren, though confirmed as having been with the group led by Staff Sgt Peniston, decided to embellish the story with sensational bullshit so he could write a book. Peniston is credible, Halt is credible, Warren was a bystander who decided to try and create for himself a more important role than he had by lying. To my knowledge, Peniston has refuted Warren's claims regarding both the scifi/Spook-intimidation crap as well as the "little greay men".

@rsmothersjr: Correction: Warren was with Lt Col. Halt, not Staff Sgt Peniston, My bad. This fact only makes him all the less credible, since Halt, as we all know, recorded the incident as it happened on a micro-cassette. Halt didn't mention a craft landing nor the appearance of EBEs.

I have seen what the ufo phenomenon is,i have reported it i have consistently tried to tell everyone that it is real,not the imagination,not naturally occurring phenomenon.They are vapourous toroids from within a vortex with iiluminous light.The phenomenon comes from a vortex its almost like a vapourous wheel or portal.This is happening.

I think Larry is a victim in all this. I dont believe there was anything in the woods. The airmen where standing in electro magnetic fields caused by the NSA and were hallucinating. To cover it up they picked a security man who was a free spirit, namely Warren and implanted memories in his mind. I've sat in a friends living room with him and he recounts how he was injected and interrogated in a small room. Not long after he called his mother and the rest is history...

Larry Warren is a nice bloke - great voice, but there is confusion as to his role in the ufo incident. Larry was soon to leave the ASAF and was working in the stores leading up to the end of Dec' 80. It seems strange that someone who couldn't wait to leave would then voluntarily get involved in more work. He wasn't on duty at the time of the incident. I haven't yet read anywhere where someone has said they saw Larry on the night in the forest. Has he written himself in as a player? Who knows.

Halt was responsible for the whole "Larry is a liar" thing because when he was first interviewed about Bentwater he publicly denied Larry's story about seeing beings coming out from the craft and he denied the part Larry talks about where they where given sodium pentathol.

When Halt and Penniston were interviewed by Larry King famous debunker Major James McGaha tried to discredit them saying light from the Lighthouse fooled them. McGaha said he investigated the scene of the event. He failed to reveal the the Lighthouse cant beam light in to the forrest because the rear wall of the light housing room is a solid curved steel panel. This fact was fimed by UFO Hunters Bill Birnes film crew. Explain that fact Major McGraha the witnesses are telling the truth.

There's no way that Larry will get all the principle witnesses together. It simply wont happen. Charles Halt still says Warren wasn't there! Burrows keeps changing his story and the only real witness who is worth talking to is Penniston. I don't think we'll ever know what really happened that night.

Larry kept this case alive, while the others could not. Now they have the oportunity, next year, all together. There were 3 nights of events. Not everyone saw everything. British civilian witnesses have been ignored. The Russians were in on it as well. Why was the fishing fleet paid off? Why are other major RAF bases in the area having contact. Witness driven off the road by massive Daylight craft, flying to a major RAF base. And then ther is RAF Mackrihanish, mothballed.. I dont think so.

I was at the conference ,it was a great weekend i thought Steve Bassett was a great speaker; i would hope the the guards in the watchtower at Brentwaters might come forward one day,i did ask Nick Pope, he said the mens names where known but still had not come forward i hope something happens next, year ,i thought this short film shows the energy that larry still has for getting the story out nice and important piece !
