It may have originated in the Ukraine(which might as well be Russia), He named it Russian Dance...he also had the Chinesse and the Spanish dance in that same Ballet. The Origin may not matter, but the title of it damn sure does.

Your area is TOTALLY irellevant and that is why it might as well be Russia, because the only time it matters is when the Russians sit on your soil.

Well Tchaicovsky was Russian(forgive spelling). He wrote the song. I think it quals as Russian lol.
