Apparently remastering those old games in 3D is actually quite a difficult process, thus the delay. I had read that Xevious was to be the second one, and that they plan to release four more. What would everyone else like to see? Obviously they probably won't do the big titles (Super Mario Bros., Zelda, Metroid, Kid Icarus, etc.) but I'm hoping for Balloon Fight and Ice Climber. (maybe Wrecking Crew, Mappy, or Clu Clu Land?) Anyone have any games they'd like to see?

This might be a little out of topic,but i just bought Metroid other M for the Wii and i think it could work well on the 3DS.The game is awesome,but my only complaint is that the story is a bit odd and the stages' designs aren't too good,but the concept is great.If it ever gets a sequel for the 3DS it should have the same controls,but it uses the gyroscope to aim like in Zelda 3D and the bottom screen should display the map and inventory.It could also use motion controls to control the morph ball

I love the 3ds, but I'm very disappointed in the way they handled the eshop. The eshop is a rip off charging 3-4 dollars for old gameboy games that are black and white. Why can't they bring things like resident evil 1,2,3, to the eshop and charge 5 dollars? Psp did it last generation, so why can't nintendo. I have a bad feeling that the psvita is going to blow the 3ds away, but really they deserve to if nintendo wont even put n64 and gamecube games on the eshop!

I am glad that Team Meat's reasoning didn't include any incapability on the system's part. If they don't feel like porting, fine. That's what SEGA is doing (and I'm still a bit sore about Sonic Generations not being on Wii U), and so long as they're not leading off with a Sonic & game (Which they're ending their Wii life with instead of Colors, apparently) their decision could be justified.

Whatever the right game for the 3DS is, I hope they start work on it soon.

Almost Interesting useless trivia: The first "Rayman" game was originally made and released on the ill-fated Atari Jaguar and quickly ported to other systems. Meanwhile, "Need for Speed" made its debut on the ill-fated "3DO" platform (3DO, not 3DS. Perhaps they could put some of gems of the 3DO on the 3DS eShop just to annoy and confuse people). Sega Dreamcast....well I think we all know that quite a few of major game series (and some semi-major ones) started there.

First, they said that Super Meat Boy was coming to the Wii and eventually decided not to... because apparently they didn't have enough memory on the system for the game... it's a 2D puzzle platformer... how much data could it possibly have?
