Well it's no big deal. Every album, they took a different direction. Each is based on a separate element, so depending on the album the feel to it had to be different.

Crack the Skye is wind, and i think the vocals fit well with an album thats based on the wind element. Leviathan was water- the thrashy vocals worked great because the ocean is.. very thrashy lol.
