I have watched many Ava Cowan clips and I find her the most inspiring in the business. I wish I had her as my coach.
I have to say, I am a 24 yr old guy and I hope one day I match Ava's physique. Her muscle size is quite impressive, yet, she looks very lean and healthy. She's my fitness role model.
