Regarding the flying creature, everyone recall that all creatures float in the editor.

I don't want to burst any bubbles, but I have never seen a floating creature in test drive or in game.

I think you can make them float by giving it legs and then remove the feet's :P

Simply running Spore doesn't require too much performance, running it at high resolutions with full AA to bring out every bit of detail in your creature on the other hand is a perk.
