Yes it is a well known studio amongst recording bands. Some bands don't mind the added edge to the studio but a lot aren't impressed. I know I wouldn't spend a night alone there.
The weird thing is, the studio that he is sitting in in the vid is known to be haunted and the picture behind Bruce to his left had been removed eight months earlier by a decorator who died in a car crash. The picture was also destroyed in the crash. When Bruce noticed that the picture in the vid doesn't exist in real life he never recorded in that studio again.
