the golf ball pick ups are done wrong.. they are the 1 legged RDLs (romanian dead lift) Arms should be kept to the side or have a light bar over shoulders and the hands resting along this. keep the back firm and not arched and go down to about 90deg or parallel to the floor. the rest is pretty good. what about upper body tho?
Thanks. My understanding is this: (please correct me if I am wrong)
Static Stretching increases your overall flexibility. When done after a training session it also relaxes the muscles. But it is not good before a game or training session.
Dynamic Stretching is in a way like a warm up. But you are still doing stretching just not in the sense of "pushing your limits" as in static stretching.
hmm......I wonder if I should encorporate a 'proper' stretching routine?....I umm have never like really done stretching before since starting lifting...for warmups I just go through the ROM with lighter weights for warmup sets etc, tell me more bout this alex.
you should try the first exercises supporting foot elevated(dropping the moving leg) so that your hip flexors are relaxed

Great dynamic stretching routine. When is the best time for static stretching?
cuongzi 3 years ago
either do it on off days or at the end of the training session.

you should DEFINITELY dynamic stretch before workouts, prevents injury and preps your body.
tigerak02 4 years ago
does include in the 1 hour training or do you exclude the time from the strenth training
ballahollic44 4 years ago
