  • @SenorDennis lol... I have 241 free videos to help you out and a free report on my facebook page. I wouldn't have all these free videos and the free ebook on my fb page if I didn't want to help.... I have a book & video course for sale because some people want to have a step-by-system to know exactly what to do instead of flying blind and continuing to get acne breakouts... I really am here to help and there's nothing wrong with having a book for sale.

  • @acneerasingsecrets Can i get a link to your fb

  • @SenorDennis just search "acne erasing secrets" in facebook and you'll find it! it's got like 4,240 fans or around there.

  • Awesome...I'm trying pumpkin face mask bc it has vitamin A

  • @misschristinelee87 very cool! that sounds interesting... will have to look into it more thanks!

  • All those foods do not actually contain vitamin A. They contain beta-carotene which the body converts into vitamin A as needed. If you have a weak liver or a damaged liver your body may have a harder time converting the beta-carotene into vitamin A. Vitamin A in it's true form in which the body does not need to convert it like beta-carotene is cod liver oil and many other organ meets. I am not trying to discredit you, this is just a little heads up. Thanks for all the great videos.

  • @dermlover1 I hear ya, and I agree with you... This video was about vitamin A so I just wanted to share foods that will bring vitamin a in your body... But beta-carotene converts into vit a! Thanks for the appreciation :)

  • How much should i take daily? Please help

  • @reallyletsdoit I wish I could give medical advice but I don't want to give specifics... It's not smart for me to do that! I would look up "how much vitamin a to take daily" or something like that.... hope that helps.

  • does vitamin A also decrease sebum production? also how are other ways to decrease sebum production (other than accutane)? thanks

  • @lorddarunia Yep, vitamin A does... also balancing out your hormones reduces sebum production. This is done by balancing out your diet and getting proper nutrition overall.

  • @lorddarunia Vitamin B5?

  • isnt sweet potato high in sugar which feeds the yeast which well cause more acne?

  • @313HelPyOu yeah, potato's will feed yeast which will cause acne if you have candida... if candida isn't causing your acne though then it doesn't really matter... But overall green vegetables are best.

  • Thanks for answering all the questions! :) Very kind of you to help the world of people with acne. Clearing up acne is also very beneficial for one's health indeed. A person without acne will have smoother skin with a healthier lifestyle like you recommend. I'm so glad I found out about you lol :) You're a godsend! >.<

  • @Mikkez9 Thanks so much! I really appreciate it... and you are welcome for helping! It's fun to see people get their clear skin & health back!! :)

  • That's true, because I've been drinking and eating mango and carrots. Right now my skin is really clear. I was going ask that question.......

  • @surviver1000 Keep it up! Both have vitamin A! Carrots also have pectin which is something that pulls toxins out of the body which is good too.

  • Hi, may I know if Alfalfa supplement effective for acne scars? Pardon me I am not sure how to spell that supplement. Thanks in advance and your reply is very much appreciated :)

  • @Dinuosuo Alfalfa is good for your health and it will help in clearing up your skin, but at the same time I think there are supplements that are more effective in getting the job done quicker. Watch the "magic acne pills" video that I made, I recommend those more b/c they go more directly to the problem. Hope this helps!

  • @acneerasingsecrets oh i see. im on anti biotics for about 6 weeks now, do not have pop ups already hence i am trying to clear the scars using alfafa and eating as healthy as i can. i guess i am not able to obtain the "magic acne pills" because it do not seem available in my country.

  • @Dinuosuo what country are you in? they may ship to you if you.

  • goji berries are amazing. also dont take synthetic crappy vitamins u get at target get whole foods or natural health food store ones

  • @ItOffishul Good point!

  • Another good video! One of the signs of Vitamin A deficiency is dry, flaky skin that heals poorly, so I would definitely start eating all those orange and yellow foods if you've had persistent acne lesions that have a crusty, dry appearance. Egg yolks are another good source.

  • @PowderedPeach Thanks for mentioning that, I forgot to mention that dry skin is a sign of vitamin A deficiency! Thanks for mentioning the egg yolks too, I eat organic free range brown eggs... Thanks for the compliment too!

  • Is vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene in a supplement form recommended? Or is it best that we eat real foods instead? I'm not sure if there's side effects to taking supplements for many months but in lower dosage.

Love all your vids! ^_^ Awesome~

  • @Mikkez9 I recommend foods just b/c you will get used to the foods and always get them in your diet without thinking about it. But if it's hard to do that then supplements are better than nothing. To be honest I have never really seen anyone have side effects from taking supplements... as long as they are high quality and taken as directed. Vitamins and minerals and things of that nature are natural to the body so if you have less or more the body knows what to do with it.

  • Two other good sources of Vitamin A are cod liver oil and Goji Berries. Another great video.

  • @adkpinecone Thanks for sharing! I eat goji berries all the time and didn't even know that! lol

  • @acneerasingsecrets Your welcome. :)

  • I eat a lot of toast, but I eat whole wheat bread with unsalted butter on it, can that be causing acne? Also I notice every time I drink freshly squeezed juice with my toast, I breakout more, why is that?

  • @BurnKilluminati Honestly I don't even recommend wheat toast anymore, most if it has sugar added and isn't nearly as healthy as people think. I eat ezekiel bread which is sprouted grain bread which is pretty much the healthiest bread you can buy. I also don't really recommend butter unless it's organic/free range butter, I personally use organic coconut oil and recommend that because it's healthier for your body and skin overall for the most part unless the butter is organic.

  • Do you think it would also help if we made a face mask out of these Vitamin A fruits? (Like cantaloupe and carrots?) Btw: After watching your Baking Soda video, I've been using it as a face wash every now and then and it sure does work wonders!

  • @heroesofhers That would be a good idea, yeah... I would recommend getting it in your diet as well though too... Both = better! Thanks so much for the compliment, I'm glad you are learning and more importantly taking action to improve your health & skin :)

  • Are you sure Biotin doesn't increase acne flare ups or break outs?

I've been taking 5,000 mg of biotin for hair growth nd I've had more break outs.

It's all over YouTube as a problem with biotin.

Vitamin A! Will take it now. Thnx Skin King.

  • @ccmdot Biotin is vitamin B, which has many health benefits and should only help the skin if anything. Vitamin A, B, E and other vitamins are all great for the skin. Thanks for the comment!
