No you don't have to have a midi mixer. You can either use only your computer. Or you can use timecoded vinyle to control your mp3s.

@minimekicksass1 Hi, the cross pack includes the Mixvibes Cross program, a soundcard that will allow you to connect your decks and play mp3's on your computer and with mixvibes cross.

@Rubenndekker nonsense. i swapped from traktor to mixvibes since traktor isn´t stable. after patch 1.5 mixvibes rox the shit outa you. besides, the mixvibes developers care about their customers, NI don´t.

@Rubenndekker Hey dude, being a dj myself and mixing with Mixvibes, this software is really great, very stable and really fun to use. A lot of pros use this software because of the stability. The sound quality is cristal clear and the price is cheap when you compare it to other softwares on the market!

mixvibes cross is the shit hands. down. i have it and it is stable as a dime. plus cheaper than serato and traktor. and i got mine cheaper.
