  • Lol I love the dog!

  • Nice! Not only was that great but so was the music for the first half. Unfortunately it stopped and you didn't have another one to continue (unless that was your plan) what is the name of it and by who?

  • Very inspiring. Have u looked into the types of capoeira pushups, maybe u can incoporate them in. Loved the 'Supervisor' dog too!

  • Bad part youtube agine

  • the 2 dislikes are fat and lazy

  • great video !!! but just wanna ask which one is the best for biceps ??

  • ...tank...

  • I tried doing these. The following are my results:

    HOW

    HOW

    HOW

  • ozzi querido, you are one bad A+ mofo! Te quiero papa. el chudo.

  • Definitely helps strengthen everything up top. Dope workout & Awesome wave in the background. Thanks.

  • a lot harder than they look..

  • those are pretty difficult! I'll keep at it though. "if you falter in hard time, how strong are you really?" Proverbs 24:7

  • @greenandkakashi Amen to that dude. I've been keeping at them for only a short while and I already feel much stronger, and they're beginning to flow much more easily.

  • So hard. I'll just keep training! :)

  • Wont that hurt?

  • dude u r a fuking snake !!!!

  • warm up? lol

  • fuck that was hard, i just did someworkout

  • I suggest to turn one's head to the side to achieve deeper push ups. It is used in my Krav Maga class to make a habit of safer break fall.

  • i can satisfy a girl with this

  • Who gives a fuck about the dog, this is awesome training footage!

  • This is so intense, I work on it everyday. It's been a great home workout!

  • do any of those push-ups/press-ups have any certain names so that i can learn how to do them?

  • @noobkilla591 Some of them: standard push-ups, wide ~, diamond/piramid ~, dive bomber ~, hindu ~, ~ with elevated feet, clap ~. explosive ~

    source: GOOGLE: 19 Push Ups Variations Without Any Equipment;

  • you got one lazy dog thats for sure

  • @stebbi961 Ha... you might want to research Roxy the parkour dog and see if you can continue to think that...

  • This dog is bored to death

  • damb nice video imma be sore in the morning with this and t core

  • name of the song??

  • The dog chills around

Thank you, I learn some new push up arts

  • Compare him with the dog. lol the contrast

  • I'm gonna show this workout to my girlfriend to convince parkour is good for her as well, jaja.

Joke aside, that's some intense routine mate

  • молодцом!

  • Been doing since the video came out, its helped me alot with my training

  • This is so intense!

  • Ozzi, how much do you weigh? I weigh 167 and i'm 6 ft 2in. I am trying to bring my weight up to 180. What weight do think would be best for me for parkour?

  • @baldwinrules I weight 160 and Im 5'11". In terms of how much do I think is best for you to PK, that all depends on your strength to weight ratio. There is not right way for parkour. Just adapt to whatever weight and height you are with training. ;)

  • @UrbanCurrent thanks ozzi

  • Except you look like you are taking it in the behind doing most of these.

  • 3:20 the dog twitches =D

  • This workout is hard I cant get the elbow one it hurts my wrist

  • man ozzi thats some good thing u do (^_^) i whant to come to one of your jam's but i dont know when it is and whea it is. But thats some good thing u doing o and what part of the musle dose it work on??

  • is that ozzie

  • waau!

  • Any suggestions on how to do these with a bad rotator cuff?

  • @andrewplynch See a professional physician and rehabilitate your rotator cuff before trying these haha.

  • Holy shit Oz... I'll see if I can integrate some of that stuff here in Taiwan. Been using a lot of your ideas from the first jams to teach kids here :)

    Take care buddy.

  • Would you recommend weights for free running, I did a bit of free running last year and i have been doing weighst for a year but i wanted to know what do you think of them

  • its true that u cant be fat in hawaii?

  • Def going to have to try these thx!

  • guys of course this is hard. even though i used to do that, i took a break of 6 months from working out and even then now when i try to do them all again, its really hard. lol but withing 2 weeks i got it since my muscles felt it before it was easier for them to adapt. for a starter it'll take a month of practice maybe even more. ( a little every day)

  • holy crap you're brawlic and awesome tattoo

  • @UrbanCurrent Have you thought of making playlists for these so that they are more organized? Curious because it is somewhat hard to find everything.

  • dang i tried the second one and.... not as easy as it looks

  • Great tutorial Ozzi, you make it look easy! Nice cuts, and I like the ending.

  • Deve firçar bem o abdomen!

  • i will get my raise ups like that !!! flawless !!

  • @xdaniel77 Got a link?

  • @UrbanCurrent yeah I do but youtube won't let me post it :P

  • @xdaniel77 I Think ive heard about that I think its by Zach Even Esh

  • @rgmcall Nope. It's by Paul 'Coach' Wade. it's published by Dragon Door. Check it out on their website

  • @xdaniel77 I've been doing the convict squats for a few months now..Really improved my running/jumping..I just started the upper and abs last week..Destructive..But with the everyday aplication it will only get easier.

  • @MrManimal420 RIght on.

  • Your dog seems to be dead.

  • dude is it neccasery to go so fast?? look's like your using momentum more then your actual muscle's if you do this slower you'll find it's alot harder.

  • Absolute tank :P

  • Damn, you're strong. I tried some of the stuff you did, but I couldn't. Could be i'm just weak...

  • can't find the artist for the music :(

  • Nice tattoos dude

  • what does these exercises work? i know it works several but idk all

  • It was nicely done, but it must be a miracle how your shorts didn't slip down at the end. :P Always happens to me. :|

  • I wanna know if these exercises works the whole shoulders

  • the dog is not interested

  • it almost looks like a dance

  • arent some of those bad for your joints? :o

  • Damn bro your strong. I only do stuff like this for upper body conditioning. I dont really lift weights much. Is that OK or should I lift weights too?

  • Awesome Bro!!

  • winner

  • second comment---------suahsuahs

    nice body conditioning ! !

    :)

  • i like it its like a natural flowing exersice.... might try them eventually.. atm i am trying to get my drive back for parkour training i seemed to have lost it for some reason... maybe just my lack of extra time for going to places idk... but this seems to be nice i haven't been out to just train for about 2 weeks now.... which is sad. It also seems it gets dark before i have the time to go out =(.

  • the push up at 2:17 looks like it does a lot of core body work...does it?

  • Wow man what's the name of the pushup you did between 0:25 to 0:31. I been looking around to see if there's a name for it but can't find anything. It's like a more fluid version of a Plank Pushup, it's awesome o.o and hard o.o.

  • i envy how you can do a handstand without falling over and also from no momentum

  • Yeah like those Vids. man!=D

    Much Respect_TRickY

  • I must say, I am impressed.

I just tried and I couldn't do half of the stuff you do.

    Much respect!

P.S. I'ma back from a big break, so if you could give me some tips to regain my strength, agility overall all primar sides, you know, gotta be like animal, let go of my primar insticts ;)

  • con la lluvia y la musica habria sido epico jajajajajaja

  • bet the rain felt good after working out for a while

  • @aaron4820 Lasted 30 seconds.. lol

  • @aaron4820 Working out in a cold environment = cramps.

  • @crazynoob11 eat bananas and stretch out/warm up before your workout. i used to be on the swim team in high school and i used to get cramps all the time so this is the best advice i can give. also i live in wyoming where its winter for a good part of the year so we have to learn how to deal with the cold. stretching out and warming up will also reduce your chance of injury greatly. whenever i lead a parkour conditioning session, i get everyone to do warm up drills for at least 15 to 20 mins

  • @LineriderMasterDX

    Woooow. lol

    second comment? :P

  • So that's all you do for upper body? No lifting weights etc

  • @carll931 I do several other stuff. I havent lifted in a while but CF is also part of my conditioning. Seasonally.

  • @carll931 wtf weightlifting at gym can only get you muscles but destroy your strengh potential man

  • @myenglishsuck0123 I don't know what you're talking about - especially as you said weightlifting rather than bodybuilding. I took quite a few months off of parkour and focused on weightlifting and when I returned, my jump height had increased by nearly a foot. This video is awesome though and bodyweight is usually more fun

  • @3buttocks sorry i thought weightlifting and bodybuilding are the same (see my name).i mean body building is the best way to destroy your abilities. sure you will look a muscular monster but the only pwoer youll have is from weight and i know many bodybuilders who cant even run.

  • @myenglishsuck0123 I know what you mean. Bodybuilding creates muscles that are large, but slow and not that strong. Weightlifting includes the clean-and-press and jerk, which encourage muscles to be strong and fast. I think bodybuilding would be ok, its just that bodybuilders neglect other parts of training. Early 1900's bodybuilders were superb gymnasts too - John Grimeck won a bodybuilding contest not just by posing, but by doing a standing backflip and doing the splits!

  • @3buttocks yeap thats what i mean :)

and well i never liked lifting weights i think that youll get more by lifting your body

i cant explain this on comments cause its complicated but thats just my opinion

  • @LineriderMasterDX you should actually make a comment, not just say "comment". but it's probably hard doing anything halfway useful.
