Looking at the V8/GTI magazine test day papers. The engine size that was put there by the owner is 1500cc or 1.5l. From my understanding of the ajoneuvos clip they say that the engine is Compound charged..

@odzadze123 The engine block is Moskvitch's and the whole engine is completely handmade. Awesome how they could get 800hp out of a 1,6l engine ;)

i know that UZAM-412 1500 engine is based on BMW M115 (M10 engine)

But biggest difference is Block Material.

Bmw Is made by CAST IRON

and

Moskvich 412 Block is produced by Aluminium with replaceable iron wetliners?

But ALUMINIUM block is weak,if we compare it with CAST IRON block?

@odzadze123 Yes, they've made many changes;) But the block is Moskvitch's and includes parts from Volvo, etc. I know, I wondered my self too :P. Top notch engineering, nothing else :).
