@tootfan actually that was fan made...it was only recent that they made the choice to put it out on dvd because of all the music copyrights -_-

Nice, over 30.5k signatures. Unfortunately, I don't think it will do much good. The reason it hasn't come out yet is that MTV can't/doesn't want to pay for the licensing rights to all the music they used throughout the series.
Nice idea, though, as that was one of the best shows ever produced.

It's coming out on dvd in 2010, it's been confirmed by the person who started the petition drive as she has spoken directly to MTV executives.
