im abit confused..i mean mariah looks great...knows her stuff music wise and video wise..

Yeah I agree she doesn't always look herself. She does get a lot of negativity and shes only human so it must get to her some times no matter how many times she says she doesnt care what people think.  Even though she's rich and famous, she's still human and I think that people some times forget that!
