  • tutorial maybe? :)

  • @tkivoband

There are several tutorials on youtube.. type> camera mapping 3ds max

    good luck.

  • what the hell is this?

  • @Viewasaur

    What do you mean?

  • @fordaloveable what do you think its a bunch of people throwing fucking pennies or some shit at some old lady smoking

  • @Viewasaur

its not so much about the subject but more about the 3d animation tecniques that are needed to create depth in a single 2d (flat) photo. Its an existing photo that i didnt take, i only turned it into a 3d scene( with a few extra added elements that suggest more depth)

  • ¿Cómo se llama la música?

What is the name of music?

  • @666Marioneta666

the music is on the soundtrack of the film "broken flowers"

  • @fordaloveable

Ok, thanks. The music that you had put on your video is nice. I also do things with 3D Max, you have been going very nice the video!

  • was this done with multiple projections?

  • @gyuen3d

the head(sigarette included) was camera mapped. the background separated and added to a bg plane as a texture. I was to lazzy to map the shoulders so i seperated it from the pic in photoshop and again as a texture on a plane in 3d space.

  • @fordaloveable So just 1 camera for the face? I haven't seen the original picture, but I am surprised at how much of the face you were able to get without smearing the other side. Good job.

  • @gyuen3d

thank you. Yes, just one cam projection. The original pic of the face was almost frontal, this ofcourse helps. Have you seen the other camera projections i did? check them on my channel and you will see that especially the ww2 scene was much more complex then the face.. again all of them were done with one single source pic en one camera projecting.
