My goodness... have you SEEN wedding cakes? O_o The TOP layer was dropped. Making the actual cake is no problem. Doing the icing/decorations is the hard part. Most wedding cake bakeries do cakes about a day in advance to get all that decorating done.

Now, I didn't see the episode, so I don't really know how close this was to the actual day of the ceremony... but the idea that it is easy to make a wedding cake... brr. It makes me fear the wrath of cake designers everywhere.
