Heres a spoiler alert. Since the noodles are made of wheat, over time it eventually dissolves in to the soup. He eats the stuff that cant really dissolve like the seaweed and meat.

In the end he drinks the almost dissolved noodles and soup. Explained by a book :D But it isnt magic - hes just really smart.

correction, ramen is made with white flour not wheat flour (and there is a difference) handmade ramen noodles (not instant) contain a lot more glutton and are much harder to breakdown even in soup. Soba on the other hand which is made from wheat flour will breakdown fairly quickly if left in water. But there IS a time lapse in the video so the probability of him waiting it out is probably true...but its a kinda waste of perfectly cooked noodles >.>
