There are few groups like Soi in the world that educate about animals.In some countries, dogs and cats mean very little to people, they abuse and kill them and use them for food. In our country, we need to adopt dogs and cats from Humane Societies and not buy from Pet Stores. If you cannot justify helping Soi Dog foundation, put your money where your mouth is and give to the animal organization of your choice and rescue some poor animal from your local pound.

I cannot justify spending money on foreign aid for dogs while millions o dogs are abandoned, homeless, starving HERE IN AMERICA.
