Sorry - I don't know what he's saying. An English translatiion would be nice. But the title of 'Secularism Referendum' & 'imprisioned for Democracy & peace' gains my full support! I have read a statement from this man. And there he does speak the SAME language as me! Because IT IS the true universal language of Freedom, democracy, equality, justice & peace! This is one of the many people who've been imprisoned FOR YEARS NOW, only for saying religion has no place in governance and politics. Ironically, he is a clergy himself, son of another prominent clergy.

He has been tortured, beaten, abused regularly and for years. he also suffers from failing health due to severe abuse and torture, and yet any medical attention to him is denied by the authorities.

This only is a sample of what goes on in Iran under the repressive regime.
