  • once you have that urn.. undertaker's your bitch.

  • @moredread25 actually this was before the paul bearer in cement. in fact, this feud ended with bearer getting the cement bath lol

  • You can see the Undertaker's thoughts here

"Dammit, I thought I got rid of that gimmick with the attitude era. Guess it still works. Where'd he find that thing anyway? I thought I buried it with Paul Bearer in cement. Oh well."

  • Wrestling needs Paul Heyman. If he can turn random guys like Tommy Dreamer, Mikey Whipwreck, Sandman, and Spike Dudley into larger than life ECW superstars.. he can do it with anybody..

  • UNDERTAKER BEST IS THE WORLD....

  • Taker looks like bam margera with that hair lol

  • this was just stupid and marked the downfall of the wwe

  • look at undertaker neck sara his wife name

  • this happend on my b day

  • Well there has been many explanations as to what is on the urn, but the truth is we will never really know, but everyone has their idea. All we know is that it's very important

  • haha paul heyman = paul bearer but slightly diferent

  • Wat is in that jar Thingy?

  • @BobbyBoiiTheGreat it'S an urn.And in it , is the source of the Undertaker's power. Some say it's his soul that's in there. Some say it's his ashes, whatever is in it , it is what makes him the most unstoppable force in WWE. (for example , it took 14 guys to take down taker in his casket match with yokozuna)

    Or

Nothing's in it, it's just a gimmick, sometimes there's a smoke bomb in it to make it smoke when opened

  • which year it is

  • @NSwisher1572 a flashlight

  • skip to 0:53 if your impatient

  • They should show this in Undertaker history videos, Paul Heyman is awesome!

  • @grburch Your on your knees too always xD

  • @grburch your mom on both knees where she belongs

  • i never got the conceptt about the urn

  • @helpoj The urn contains the ashes of his and Kanes mother and father that died in the house fire many moons ago.

  • @WatchdogDisciple thank u much obliged

  • couldnt he just snached the urn right out of his hand????

  • paul heyman is showing of his ass and looks like a fucking chubby potatoe

  • @TheDeluXeMan1 lol chubby potatoe XD

  • is it me or does Paul heyman look like Bearer

  • anyone know what match it was when someone opened the urn?

  • WWE vs Alliance+Survivor series=Paul Heyman career fail

  • Paul Heyman was the mad scientist of Wrestling....He was the evil Heel who could get inside ur head....He was even better then ERic Bichoff in my opinion.

Paul Made Brock Lesnar the Next Big Thing...Paul bought this storyline wid Undertaker to extreme heights,Paul made his rivalry with Bischoff while GM to extremes!Paul made Extreme Fighting Fun!!!!ECW!!!ECW!!!ECW!!!...Paul Heyman is a true genious, and i gurantee if vince allowed him to be creative writer of RAW...he wouldnt disappoint.

  • @Batistamaniac1 Paul have also gone bankrupt with ECW because of the injuries... And destroy career of many talented wrestler because of accident in some show.

Don't get me wrong: he is really smart but he is not a genius.

  • @therrydicule Well,he was a genius when it came to knowing wat fans wanted to see back in the 90s,the bankruptcy was his own fault of selfishness and his ego got in the way,i mean he couldnt even make his faithful Dudley Boyz happy.

  • @Batistamaniac1 Well, yes... But at the same time, what is wrong with a normal technical match? I see the extreme as something that could bring some variations to the card and to the fan once in a while, and something to bring a bit of heat when some wrestler lack of popularity. But, there is many ways of doing that: having a no rope match for instance, or a cage match...

  • @therrydicule ECW had that and more..It wasnt just "hardcore" matches as McMahon likes to make it seem,.

there was barbed wire steel cage matches.

a special barbed wire ropes matches where the barbed wire was the ring ropes.

and they also had special 3 way dance rules which was normal matches.

  • @Batistamaniac1 Could you please forget the barbed wire rope? This is where I put my limit: I would prefer see a sumo match or a "Crazy 8". I don't mind having it on top of the cage... But as rope? Just thinking about it bring me some really ugly picture about some torture case (professional deformation). 3 way dance: I am o.k. with that.

  • stupid fucking fake

  • its written sara in his throat is it a girl that he met in his grave lol

  • 'Taker is hot with short hair!!! Well he's hot no matter what... love him!! 1# fan of you taker!!!

  • The Urn of Power!

  • Thats the most dumb shit of acting ive ever seen -.-

  • I like Paul Heyman rather than Teddy Long..

What is the Urn- Urn is a container of the ASH of the DEAD PERSON 1:21-1:23 ; that was the Urn looks like. They burned the body of the Dead Person and the family of the dead person will collect the Ash inside the Urn for remembrance. There are many kinds of Urn.

  • Comment removed

  • what is a urn

  • I have not been told what is in that urn that controls the undertaker, does anyone know?

  • @lukeradziminski i think the urn is supposed to contain the ashes of kane and the undertakers dead parents

  • @lukeradziminski

When Hulk Hogan opened it at This Tuesday in Texas, it contained black ashes. When Yokozuna's cronies opened it at Royal Rumble 1994, it contained green smoke. When Paul Bearer opened it at Summerslam 1994, it contained a white light.

    So the answer is...whatever.

  • it was at nassau coliseum. after the show jbl came to ring and undertaker chokeslamed jbl

  • what te hell is the urn

  • @xxT0Ny along with mmabuff101 you make me feel old...when did you start watching wrestling

  • best heel undertaker was the stable he had

  • GAY!

  • where is the rest of the vid

  • If they carries it on then it would probally have a better storyline

  • what was inside that urn¿?

  • @nitrousxpress the power of the undertaker

  • @breezy620 LOL xD

  • wheres the rest of the video

  • Undertaker hadnt needed the urn since SummerSlam 96. Wonder why all of a sudden he needed the urn in 2004? Strange.

  • @ianhitman perhaps, he "died" during buried alive, and paul bearer got him back as the deadman and as such he was dependant on the urn and bearer

  • Undertaker is Smackdown.

  • the urn controls the undertaker

  • What was the story behind Paul Heyman getting the urn? I clearly missed out on Smackdown! in 2004

  • heyman and the dudley boys kidnapped paul bearer

  • Wow, that just sounds stupid lol. But thanks!

  • wat was tht abt

  • 1:32 Paul Heyman is talking like Paul Bearer !!

  • umm whats in the urn

  • yOU DOn't know the history of the urn?

  • Power over the Undertaker.

  • @pikaheroin whats with the urn??? wow, i officially feel old

  • @mmabuff101 ..lol..so true.. its like we're back in the 90's :P

  • It is that wrestling or some kind of drama and horror show

  • at the end<heyman was talking to the spirits. LOL

  • THIS is why professional wrestling NEEDS paul heyman :-)

  • @mmabuff101 just think if it had paul heyman and bischoff

  • @mmabuff101 i know! the guy's a freakin GENIUS!

  • @mmabuff101 kannste deutsch

  • @mmabuff101 no they need hm to bring back ECW

  • He should've kept his badass riding his motorcycle into the ring gimmick

  • This could've been ever better if they kept it for a little longer. Heel Undertaker with Paul Heyman. Too bad they didn't carried it on.

  • @drugstoremarc - because heel taker did not work, people still love him

  • undertaker must have been drinking paul heyman's kool aid, i know i was, i still do. ECW for ever

  • wait what the hell is in that urn

  • lol mostly likely dead person ash....someone taker must have really like

  • omg sara wait nvm lmao

  • the urn hold greeeeat powers used by Paul Bearer

  • the power of the deadman

  • milo powder

  • his parents ashes...welll it's supposed to be haha

  • ok now it makes since

  • @man0purple no its not

  • when undertaker came to wwe

  • its still entertainment stfu

  • I remember seeing this, i was like 8 years old and this was 2004 and i marked out at this moment, cause i was a huge Taker fan as a kid

  • i was 8 2 nd i was pissed off wen taker did this

  • i was 24 :L

  • No shit m7md1419

  • smackdown on sky one

    good times

  • Even better on Channel 4 with the WWF

  • Till C4 started butchering Heat where little or nothing overtly violent happened.

Wrestling just has no place on Terrestrial TV in this century. Whatever non-satellite channel gets it treast it like crap.

  • ummm.. was paul heyman ever in a wrestling game? lol and also great vid

  • yes he was in the first svr but only available as a manager

  • comment under dis 1 was a reply to nenuabz

  • hey guys i am a fan of wrestling now for 3 years and i dont get whats the urn there is in it and the story .... can you please tell me ?

  • well first paul bearer has the urn to own the undertaker... the urn is like takers weak ness....and people have used it one taker to beat him up or take advantage of him... people like randy orton paul bearer...and i thinkkane(maybe)

  • yes but why is it his weakness ? whats in it? and why do he lay down?

  • its supposed to be his ashes since he is "storyline" dead, and he draws powers from it....so thats why people have it so they can take advantage of it

  • In the storyline, the urn has the ashes of his dead parents.

  • Actually the urn contains the undertaker's spirit in 1990-1996 and it was the source of taker's supernatural powers

  • Well I thought that was the ploy by Paul Bearer had all along to fool everyone to think that, for which the real source of the urn was what I explain.

  • Yeah but he didnt need it when he decided to make the ministry, paul was his bitch then.

  • When the Undertaker 1st originally came in 1990, his manager was Brother Love, A short while after Paul Bearer was his new manager....The gimmick was that The Undertaker was dead and that he drew his power from the urn which Paul Bearer held towards The Undertaker giving him power......with Heyman controlling the urn, Undertaker had no choice but to bow to the man holding the urn

  • undertakers urn is something paul bearer uses to control undertaker... the urn is undertakers soul so paul can talk to the urn with talking to undertaker n undertaker would do what the urn says

  • That urn led Taker to Championships wid Paul Bearer lol,

if u compare wat he has done with the urn compared to without,he has had more succees wid it then without it.

  • do u know wats in the urn and why he fights better with it ?? if you do can u tell me plz ?

  • Well, there is many theorys why The Undertaker fights better with it,

well one,his gimmick is a deadman gimmick so it makes sense,

but that urn belongs to the parents that was killed in the fire when Taker was killed,The urn holds special guidance powers to lead Undertaker to destruction and to destroy and to be controlled,

Undertaker the deadman has to b controlled by the urn or he believes the Urn will have a wrath on him (his parents).

  • lol undertaker look lika pirate wen he did da bow

  • taker needs the urn!

  • Undertaker is like Shit the urn, it's......making......me........bow down

    Urn is undertakernite

  • Hi guys ok i have been a WWE fan for quite a while but i have never managed to find out the full story of this whole urn thing so could someone please explain it to me?

  • the urn is a symple of all the great heros and all the dead worriers that have died the undertaker is the soul of those people and to turn opn that is the death of glory and vaules, sorry for spelling but in a nut shell why the urn means so much to the undertaker

  • Undertaker is not one who half a**'s around. He is serious about what he does and loves the job. He's respected by everyone who works with him because he's benn around for a while.

  • looks like he might be really dead afterall. Cant believe he's from the darkside...

  • i was at this show!!!

  • Bringing back the urn? Who are they trying to kid?

  • and where did you get this info?

  • Thats what I wanna know.

  • Many sources will tell you that taker is the most PROFESSIONAL man in the locker room, I highly highly doubt he would do something like that.

  • Exactly.... He is the one that was disgusted when Shawn Michaels showed up fucked up

  • As a matter of fact he was the one who got Shawn together at wrestlemania 13(I think)when Shawn at first refused to drop the title to Austin.

but someone wants to come and here and say that hes not professional enough for vince to give him the title...thats bullshit(excuse my language)

  • Exactly man... It's nice to see someone else on youtube that has wrestling knowledge unlike people like tonyblaise823 that make comments that are completely outlandish and they think they know what they are talking about even though they don't have a source from where they got their info

  • its not wrestling knowledge, but pro wrestling knowledge.. what they do has litle to do with real wrestling

  • dude...if he was a drunk, wwe would have fired his ass like they did to scott hall. dumbass

  • What?!

I know that Taker had some substance abuse issues early on in his career, but he was quick to get help and work on his problems. Other than that short period, he's been clean throughout his entire career.

  • no I believe your thinking of Jake the Snake Roberts who had substance abuse problems and had once shown up to the ring drunk and they cut the feed from the PPV because he was signaling that he was going to take off his pants.

  • urn holds the power of the death of his family that makes him stronger and can take his wrestling skills to a hole new a deadly with power dimension were he can not be stopped by any man no matter how big or how mean the man is he can destroy anything or any thing! Heyman would have more success than with brock lesner!

  • Honestly, this was one of the last times, the wwe even touched on Taker's gimick. Now a days, they bearly make referance to things like the urn or his Darkside connection.

They are just to lazy to even give the effort.

  • I agree to a point, but most of this was the doing of the American Badass gimmick. To me, that totally destroyed the mystique of the undertaker and made him into a mere man. I love the taker, but post badass, he just wasn't the same to me.

  • Actually this event occurred right after he returned to the "Darkside" Taker gimmick, or as close to it as he has ever come, since abandoning it for the ABA.

Honestly I don't know who it is that refuses to fully embrace the gimmick. It could be the writers, or it could be Taker, himself. He might not want to do the gimmick fully anymore.

It's sad to think that is the case.

  • why the fuck did they do that American bad arse gimmick I always thought the undertaker was supposed to be a deadman walking thats why his is called the undertaker right?

  • The only thing I know is that The Taker was "at the lowest point of his career" I'm thinking that was meant as in his personal life, during his ministry of darkness run, so he probably wanted to get away from anything that looked remotely close to it. I'd rather see him take time off than to see that Lame ass American badass gimmick. He was basically a lost member of Disciples of Apocolypes.

  • fucking froobs,HE IS A HYBRID!!!

DO YOU KNOW WHAT A HYBRID MEANS???

ITS DA FUCKING COMBINATION OF BADASS GIMICK AND THE DARKSIDE GIMMICK!!!DO YOU GET ME???HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HYBRID NOT A TOTAL DARKSIDED MAN!!!

  • Well he's sorta turning into 98 taker, which is a hybrid.

  • could you explain that to me i don't really understand.sorry

  • In 1998, undertaker started getting an attitude, and towards the end of 1999, was the ministry undertaker with the american badass type look.

The undertaker from 2004-now is a hybrid with more mortician than badass, now he's basically the smae hybrid he was from 98 and 99.

  • To those that have asked, the Under is UNdertaker's direct link to the DArkside. It doesn't hold his powers, perse, but it does sustain him, giving him that nearly unbeatable stature.

The few times he has lost it, it took less effort to beat him. It was through the urn that Paul controlled Taker during their early run, before he started to become more human and less zombie-like.

Lucky for Taker Heyman did not know how to really use it, or Taker would still be under his control. :)

  • Yes, nerd.

  • I am not a nerd.

I'm a Mark, get it right geek.

  • Did it ever come out what is, kayfabe, inside the urn? His parents ashes?

  • Check the comments it;s been answered

  • he needs the urn to keep his kayfabe legendary.

  • could use to get undertaker to tombstone my next door but one

  • wait why does he need that urn? and didnt randy orton have it 1ce

  • The urn holds his connection to the DArkside. And Randy's father stole the Urn during Randy's feud with Taker.

  • c'moooon.....the undertaker doesnt NEED that fucking urn its useless nowadays he can kick anyone's ass anytime he wants to.

  • Actually he's always been able to kick ass. It was the urn that allowed him to kick ass while taking tons of damage while doing it.

so where say Big show can kick butt, you hit him with a chair he's gonna go down, UT takes that chair shot and he has the chance of ignoring it. The Urn also allows for the Sit-up he does where he, pretty much, gets a second wind and he is back to full health.

So yeah he still needs the Urn

  • dude i bet he can kick anyones ass anytime without taking any damage without the help of the urn.

ps.-NO OFFENCE TO THE URN (=D

  • he looked awesome at 1:23 through 1:25

  • why does the undertaker need that urn so badly does it hold the ashes of his parents?

  • -_-

    it gives him his power.......

  • No, it holds his power, his supernatural powers are stored in that urn.

  • ya it does thats y

  • whats happend after that?

  • For about 2 weeks Taker reluctantly did what Heyman wanted, then Heyman got it in his head to have Taker lay down for the Dudleys at that years American Bash, threatening to bury Bearer in cement if he didn't do it.

IN the end Taker won the match and pull the level on Bearer himself.

  • they should let vickie get the urn then form the ministry once again

  • lol hahaha

  • i wish i had that urn

  • so you could use it to make undertaker bendover for you?

    hahhahahaha
