What the hell is a 'careless whisper' who whispers casually?
Naming paints and crayons is totally going to be my future job. I'll be a pro and when I walk into rooms I'll be like "Ah yes, toasted marshmallow, I like it. Yeah, yeah I came up with that name." Or "I see you child is using meandering meadow on their artwork. Excellent."
Nobody will be impressed and I'd want to self-harm for being such a pretentious douche bag.

@MattGambellKnows Ah cheers for the rule of thirds thing. I never even considered it. I know of it vaguely just from drawing, horizons are never halfway. To be honest, I'm always better at the editing bit than speaking :P But you're right, I probably do need to put more thought into positioning too. Gives me a better change of it coming out looking alright I spose :)
The lighting went a bit dodgy at certain bits so I've to take that into consideration. This view was really just to show it off.
Haha, this made me laugh :-) and when you said you had blue walls for years, I was kind of expecting something completely different...maybe pink haha but it's okay I can see the change. It's nice :-) (lol random toilet)

I once moved into the box room of an attractive urban apartment. This room had one tiny window and fashionable exposed brick work. I promptly decided to paint the room grey duped as I was by the "light reflecting, space making" properties the Dulux booklet claimed grey had. For the year I lived there this room was one bunk bed away from being the set of Porridge.
Crème brulle? That's MY room! It's basically cream... but it's so bright it might as well be white. And my room is TINY! It's a tiny white/dessert coloured room!
The "neat" freak in me applauded at the sight of the orderly room...only to cringe at the crossed out words in the booklet. The whole time I kept thinking you could have just hide the names with bits of paper. I should have that condition checked out.

@TheGodOfPegana Ah I just put everything back after painting. Although I do generally try keep it tidyish. I get pissed off tripping over stuff and no being able to find anything :) Those books caused me some emotional pain :) I got a kick out of scribbling on them!

@SeanieBlahBlah yeah same story in my house...my mum has got like strips of wallpaper on heaps of different walls and I have 2 feature walls (one painted and one wallpapered) in my room...and a random strip of the same on the third wall :P But to be fair both my parents are architects and we all love interior design hahaha...but this whole paint colours thing is similar to nail polish names too...like "sparrow me the drama" and "barefoot in Barcelona" haha
I actually got loads of paint leaflets yesterday cos I'm considering repainting my room and my personal favourite paint names were faithful, lunch date and tir na nog. It's getting difficult to find paints that are actually colours and not just abstract things :L
@siofra44000 Haha yeah I get that ^^, Go to the kids section, it's just BLUE, RED, GREEN etc :) And it's all properly obnoxious blues and reds =D The colours in their purest forms ^^,
