I found my way to this video in pursuit of the Austrian approach of internalizing externalities, but then I saw the comment that this video was not helpful. I have to disagree. Although this was not the video I was looking for, I think you covered the material pretty well, so don't feel bad.
@EconomicsB0zz - maybe you shouldn't have watched it at 3am? or thats a good thing... it means you already know the material SOOO well that you must have aced or will ace the test on it... congrats
