This tunnel is built below a river in Moscow and the water leaks into cracks in the tunnel and when its very cold, the water hits the pavement and turns to ice. Well, ice + excessive speed and stupid maneuvering adds up to these accidents. And i think the car at the end bust its fuel tank instead of a window shattering, or at least thats what i read in other comments.
