Awww sorry, you got the French wrong!!!! At the end, the chips should say "Vous allez applaudir..." litterally: you will applaud. It's a way to introduce the upcoming guest. And at the beginning, you just scribbled something, but if you don't know, it says "Bon! Hé bien, c'est parfait." Litterally: Good! Well, that's perfect. (no irony, it's indeed perfect). The French suits your video so perfectly, it's even more hilarious for my little French-speaking me :D

it's from this amazing old french music TV show from the nineties... I can't remember for the life of me what it's called but it's truly amazing. I only have a ten minute clip of it, completely out of context, and I've never found anything more about it, but I love it. I ripped it off youtube because I knew it would be taken down at some point, so I used the audio from it :)
