  • besten dank oder Ευχαριστώ πολύ

  • superschön gut gemacht video is toll :)

  • Ugh. Arthur Evans took a big dump all over that site.

  • Gutes Video. Dadurch, dass kein Schnitt drin ist, kriegt man ne umso bessere Vorstellung, wie es ist, dort rumzulaufen, und davon, wie groß und kunstgeprägt der Palast war.

  • Parakalo :)

Hope you have a great time here!

  • Efharisto para poli

We are looking forward to visiting Knossos when we go to Crete next week

  • This was just what I was looking for!

    Thanks a lot! :D

I can't wait to travel there one day. :)

  • Very nice music combined with a very nice place.

    Congratulations!

  • thanks for the comment.

  • la musica es preciosa. este verano voy a visitar Knossos, Creta.....que bien!!!!

  • what do you know abouth the "small palace" that is across this one, that has been sealed as an agreement bethween the brithish and the greek government? What was found in there that made them feel threatened?

  • beauiful!

  • beautiful instrumental :)

    Great palace^^

    Thanks for upload.

    Guten Rutsch!

  • knossos built around 2,000 bc was destroyed twice between 2,000 bc and 1,400 bc. Once due to earthquake, 2nd due to volcano. Then was found in the late 1800s and rebuilt in the early 1900s. so this site is about 4,000 years old!!! the great pyramids in egypt are also around 4,000 years old but are deffinitly a tid bit older than knossos. amazing though 4,000 years later and yet the remains of civilization are still there.

  • Laid to waste.

  • Have you read John Dempsey's 1996 novel "Ariadne's Brother: A Novel on the Fall of Bronze Age Crete"? Makes Mary Renault's "King Must Die" seem like a harlequin romance

  • MY ISLAND MY LOVE MY LIFE

  • Ah, home sweet home. I havent been there since I was a kid. I grew up right down the road in Heraklion. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

  • beautiful music and place, must visit.

  • The palace of Knossos had no protective walls so thats a reason that it has been named as the most beautifull City-Palace.

    Poly oreo video !!! :D

  • Nice music, really gets a strong physical sensation for something which has been and gone thousands years ago.

  • Thanks a lot for your comment and the video response. How very interesting to see Knossos then and now!

The video was taken on a rainy afternoon in March which explains the lack of people. Glad you like the music. Hope you can return some day. Best wishes!

  • I love the music, and I am totally impressed at how there isn't a single person showing in this normally very busy tourist attraction. The music you've selected leave me wanting to return to this very special place. Good work!

  • what time of year was this taken? very nicely done. great music.

  • thanks.

it was taken in march 2007.
