Just got back from Issan yesterday, I have a video to upload soon. The shop is finshed just waiting for the sliding metal door to arrive from Bangkok, with the floods in Bangkok its taking ages. I wanted to buy a 2 door fridge and shelves but no door yet. The shop will be open for Songkran next year, my girlfriend is 5 months pregnant so the baby is due march next year,so its going to be a very busy year!

My brother has the same "mom and pop shop" in korat , he does very well , so I hope mine will do the same!

The village has a small shop,but it closes during the rice planting season, so I thought of building a small shop selling drinks, toothpaste etc, gives my girlfriend something to do aswell.
