like i always say, sometimes all you got to do is block the most you might get is a throw but there is nothing balrog can do to stop me on wake up, (as you see i snuff all his reversal moves) expect pull ultra... and generally men that are ranked higher than B don't ever pull ultra on wake up, that is considered a scrub technique....
