Hey! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I have heard several great things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
Hey there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some super things about it and my GF got ripped Six pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.
Oh hello! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.
At scottcolby why dont you try to read the title of this video so you know what hes trying to say. "7 Styles of Push Ups to Lose Stomach Fat" he didnt mention abs you dummy! lol
@Jhake0219 Ummm, 1) what are you talking about? and 2) knock it off with the name calling or you will be blocked and reported to YouTube. That's entirely uncalled for.
Great video, I just wana tell everyone about a cool site I found about getting a flat stomach and losing weight. I seriously recommend this site and ive been blessed to share this. The site is….. get-a-flat-stomachDOTcom
The only way to lose tummy fat is to lose approx 95% of your body everywhere else on your body. For most people the tummy is the last place you will start losing body fat.
People will deny this by saying certain bits are getting more tonned. Yes they are, your muscles are getting bigger in the area you're working making it look less fatty as the fat is being stretched to make room for the muscle. True story.
Lowering your body fat % by diet (wich means being @ a calorie deficit or burning more calories then you consume on a daily basis) and cardio vascular excersize to burn more calories, for @ least 3 months straight will give you defined abdominal muscles i.e. 6-pack. Not these goofy ass push-ups. If your body fat % is not low ( 10% or lower), You'll never see those abs regardless if you can do 200 "superhero" push-ups or not.
@porkchop6021 Um, one of the best ways to get a lower body fat percentage is to do strength training, like push ups. Or did you not learn that in personal training 101? Sounds like you're on the low cal, long cardio bandwagon. NOT good.
@ScottColby I didnt say that stength training wouldnt HELP you lower your body fat, But it needs to be accompanied with cardio and a diet that is at a calorie deficit. THATS the best way to lower your body fat percentage and get a six pack. Um, didnt mean to offend your "super hero" work out technique bro.
@porkchop6021 Yep I agree - high intensity interval cardio, a clean diet with lots of whole, natural foods, with plenty of fiber and protein and lots of strength training. The only way to go. Just didn't want you to think I'm saying push ups are the only thing you need for a flat stomach. Of course not.
@TheWierdbeard Yes don't do traditional cardio (like walking on a treadmill for an hour, elliptical etc.). Intense cardio helps. I personally run sprints and that really helps me get ripped abs.
@porkchop6021: You have no Idea what you are talking about. I'm a martial artist, and the main strengthening exerciser we do are push up along with crunches and a few cardio exercises. Push ups my burn fat at a slower rate than most other exercises, but it will be easier to keep of once it's gone.
1) Fat is only lost at the presence of Oxygen - so doing abdominal exercises only will not help. You need to do cardio i.e. jogging. Something that increases your heart rate.
2) You can NOT lose fat on chosen parts of your body - you can only reduce your overall body fat!
you're not going to lose stomach fat from push ups... sure you'll gain ab muscles but they won't be visible if you don't have a body fat percentage under like 13%... in fact abs will push the fat out further. You can't focus weight loss in a single area. You need to do cardio and plyometrics, to burn fat all over.
you cannot pick out a spot to loose fat if you want to burn away love handles you have to be patient. its stubborn fat and it will go away at the very end so just work hard!
@wow3310inline instead of the pushing up part in most of them, you could keep your body in the 'plank' style position if you didnt want to affect your arms and shoulders because your abs will still be stabilising you,the push up part doesnt really need to be there for most, e.g. you could do a one legged plank :)
