Honestly if you play with the raiders I don't care what your skill level is no respect. Ima skill level 20 and only play with the cowboys (diehard fan) and I don't use ogletree and I use there playbooks because everything has to be real with my cowboys. I'm not saying in great but I win with not a great a team and even though I would love to use the 4-6 or 1-5 I won't because the boys don't.
